Tibet Huadian Changdu Mangkang Angduo 1800MW photovoltaic power generation project photovoltaic field area III bid section (700MW)

The Angdo 1,800 MW photovoltaic power generation project section III project is located in Mangkang County, with an altitude of 4,200 to 4,800 meters. This project is the first new energy development project in the clean energy base in the upper reaches of the Jinsha River and is currently the largest in the world under construction, the highest clean energy power generation project. After the project is completed, the annual power generation will be approximately 5.4 billion kilowatt-hours, saving approximately 1.6 million tons of standard coal every year, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 3.74 million tons, and contributing an average annual tax revenue of approximately 140 million. In order to help achieve the "double carbon" goal,  it is of great significance to speed up the construction of a national water, wind and solar integration demonstration base and promote Tibet's economic development.

This project is located in Weining County, Bijie City, with a construction scale of 200MW. Weining County has an altitude of 2,200 to 3,000 meters and is rich in light resources. It is the largest multi-ethnic county in Guizhou Province with the largest area, the highest altitude and the most populous population. It is currently also a key county for national rural revitalization. The construction of the project will not only improve the power supply structure, alleviate the contradiction between local power supply and demand, but also provide a large amount of clean energy for the local area. What’s more, the "photovoltaic + agriculture" model is of great significance for strengthening the village collective economy and promoting the rural revitalization strategy.

Dongchuan Ecological Management and Restoration Photovoltaic Power Station Project is located in Shekuai Township and Yinmin Town, covering an area of about 5,000 acres. The project takes into account the functions of ecological management and vegetation restoration, as well as the comprehensive benefits of photovoltaic + agriculture, photovoltaic + animal husbandry, realizes solar power generation and intensive and three-dimensional comprehensive utilization of land, promotes land management and ecological environment improvement in the project site and surrounding areas, and creates a "photovoltaic + Ecological + Comprehensive Utilization” model project. After completion, it can provide 463 million kilowatt hours of clean electricity every year.
